How do I recover my lost Username Or Password?

Getting back into your account is easy – even if you’ve forgotten your username or password.

You can do it via the Games Manager Application or via the Website

To Recover your User Details via the Games Manager Application

  • From the Games Manager Application click on 'Sign In' in the top right hand corner.

  • Then click on 'Returning User'

  • Then Click on the link called 'Forgot your email / password'

  • This will bring up a box which will prompt you to enter the email address your account is associated.

  • Enter your email address and click on the Green Button.
  • An email will then be sent to the email address you have entered with user info and a link to reset your password. Make sure that your spam filters are set to allow delivery of this message. You may also need to check any spam folders in case this directed there by mistake.

To Recover your User Details via the Website

  • From the Homepage of the Website click on 'Sign In' in the top right hand corner.

  • Then click on 'Returning User'
