Why am I Unable to Download Any Further Free Trials?

You are welcome to try any of the 2500 available games through our application, where you'll enjoy a 60 minute free trial of each game you download. However, please note there is a limit of 5 free trial downloads per customer.

This means you will only be able to download and play a maximum of 5 free trials, after which you will no longer be able to download any further free trial products.

After your trial download limit has been reached, you will need to subscribe to our All Access membership to continue playing games.

When you initially sign up for All Access, you will receive the first week for free to determine whether or not you would like to continue with the membership.

If you decide you would like to keep it, then there's nothing more you need to do. Billing will continue automatically, and you can cancel at any time.

If you decide our All Access membership is not for you, then please be sure to cancel before the free week expires so you don't incur any charges. This can be done from the 'My Account' section, or you can submit a ticket HERE and we can cancel it for you.
